In Bearavchy Katmis is trying to get her applications for a box sitting approved at the Federal United Bureaucracy of the Animal Republic, or FUBAR for short.
FUBAR is your typical well-oiled municipality well at work where everything runs like an elephant in a china shop. Your goal is to get your applications approved before dying of old age or exploding in a fit of rage.
